RETURN POLICY
Please carefully read our return policy to ensure you can process your return request as quickly as possible.
All returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, French Freerun Family will credit the account used for the initial purchase of the items. Please note that refunds may take up to 8 business days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If your refund is issued as a French Freerun Family credit, it will appear in your account as soon as your refund is processed. RETURN POLICY
All returns must be sent back in their original packaging provided.
You have 28 days from the receipt of your order to request a return number. You will receive your return number by email. Items that are not suitable must then be returned within 14 days after receiving your return number.
Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion.
For your return to be covered by our return policy and avoid delays, items must be returned in their original packaging and from the same country they were delivered to. Returns from other countries may incur additional fees or delays due to customs. You can return items by any safe method, but we cannot accept responsibility for them.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy. You may also choose to receive your refund in the form of a French Freerun Family credit, allowing you to purchase a replacement item quickly and easily.
The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all designer tags still attached. Damaged, soiled, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your package leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and inspected by our packing team. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately.
Where provided, designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags must be included in your return.
