Responsibility
The French Freerun Society strives to provide Users with the most reliable and high-quality information on the Site.
However, the French Freerun Society does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information published on the Site, nor its suitability for the Users' intended use. Consequently, Users acknowledge that they use this information at their own risk. The French Freerun Society cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages suffered by Users or third parties that may result from the information published on the Site and, more generally, from browsing and using the Site.
Furthermore, the French Freerun Society does not monitor websites linked to the Site via hyperlinks and disclaims any responsibility for these sites and their content.
Confidentiality and Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, and the decision of the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté) of July 10, 2006, to eliminate the obligation to declare websites in favor of a procedure for declaring data processing related to such sites, the French Freerun Society has registered its customer/prospect database with the CNIL.
Users have, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of January 6, 1978, the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to modify, correct, and delete such data.
To exercise this right, they simply need to send a postal or electronic request to the contact details provided at the beginning of this document.
Personal data collected directly through forms and indirectly while browsing the Site, as well as any future information, is intended solely for the exclusive use of the French Freerun Society. This data is used for implementing the services offered to Users on the Site and for compiling internal statistical analyses. It is not shared with or sold to third parties, except for technical service providers responsible for managing the Site, who are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and use it only for the specific operation they are involved in.
User data will also be used to enhance and personalize communication with them, particularly through newsletters to which they may have subscribed.
Miscellaneous
The French Freerun Society reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these conditions. The new clauses will govern all future relationships between the parties, and only the latest version will be authoritative.
These General Terms of Use are governed by French law, both in substance and form, and only the French version shall be binding for interpretation.
Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract requires the parties to attempt to reach an amicable solution before submitting the matter to the competent jurisdiction.
